2016 Cabernet Sauvignon
This full bodied
Cabernet has currant, raspberry, blackberry, cherry and
iight smoky oak on the
nose, all of which repeat on the pallet, and finish
intense. Color is rich and almost black. Well balanced and integrated,
this cab is great with a fatty steak such as rib eye or game.
Try with
dark chocolate to lighten tannin. NEW RELEASE
2015 Cabernet Franc
From Cottonwood Vineyard’s grapes, this wine would go well
with Prime Rib or any red meat. It has ripe, smooth, soft,
attractive aromas of black raspberry, blackberry, and black cherry
plus hints of vanilla and smoke. All repeat as flavors which
are light bodied, are not sweet and are accented with light tannin.
Classic Blend (non-vintage) - In stores now
A medium bodied blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and
Cabernet Franc. It has the fruit attributes of all of it's
components in a rich, jammy intensity, which appears in the
pallet as well as the nose. Great with any red meat.
2016 Merlot
medium bodied Merlot first hits the nose with black
cherry, blueberry, a cranberry
followed by tobacco and a
mineral note. The fruit flavors come through
with nice acidity,
giving way to light oak and light tannins on a medium
broad,
medium-long finish. Well balanced and structured with nice
integration. Pairs well with any red meat, and especially
nice with

2015 Lemberger
An Austrian
varietal, Lemberger is rapidly becoming
Colorado?s grape. A
light-bodied dry red, this wine has lots of
fruit flavor up front,
followed by an earthy note and light
toasted oak. Designed to go with
pork, it is very versatile with
food and works especially well with BBQ.

2015 Gewurztraminer
Opens with a fruity bouquet joined by sweet pear and grape-
fruit. Flavors of pear, grapefruit, and a hint of spice fill the
mouth then finish broad and short. The sweetness is well
balanced by bright acidity making it a very refreshing summer
quaffer. Crisp with a clean finish with no after taste. Pairs well
with Asian and/or spicy food, or nice to sip on a warm summer
evening. Off-Dry.
2016 White Pinot Noir
Lovely blush color and slightly Off Dry. Very fruity with light
cherry taste. Goes well with cheddar cheese, spicy and
Mexican food. One of our most popular wines every season.

2017 Chardonnay
Fermented Sur Lees method in new oak barrels with a light
creamy bouquet of oak, apple, and pineapple. Flavors of apple,
unripe pineapple and oak are laced with firm acidity and moderate
tannin. It finishes medium-broad and medium-long with a
lingering spicy oak flavor Pairs well with a variety of foods, fish,
chicken, cheeses etc....
2016 Carbonated Blush
Great fruity flavor with light carbonation. Slightly off-dry, the ripe
strawberry and peach flavors linger with the aroma and on the
pallet. A nice party wine going well with light foods and snacks
or just as a porch pounder. Very Popular!
Tawny Merlot (port) 375ml - $40.00
This wine is only available through the winery tasting rooms.
It is made from 2005 vintage Merlot. It is fortified from Merlot
which was distilled. It is 20% alcohol and 8% residual sugar.
It has been 100% oak barrel aged to perfection. The lovely
intense black cherry flavor goes well with ice cream, banana
bread, dark chocolate and many desserts. NEW RELEASE
