2012 Cabernet Sauvignon
This full bodied
Cabernet has currant, raspberry, blackberry, cherry and light
smoky oak on the
nose, all of which repeat on the pallet, and finish intense.
Color is rich and almost black. Well balanced and integrated, this cab is
great with a fatty steak such as rib eye or game.

Classic Blend (non-vintage)
A medium bodied blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and
Cabernet Franc. It has the fruit attributes of all of it's components
in a rich, jammy intensity, which appears in the pallet as well
as the nose. Great with any red meat.
This medium bodied Merlot first hits the nose with black
cherry, blueberry, a cranberry
followed by tobacco and a
mineral note. The fruit flavors come through
with nice acidity,
giving way to light oak and light tannins on a medium
medium-long finish. Well balanced and structured with nice
integration. Pairs well with any red meat, and especially

varietal, Lemberger is rapidly becoming
Colorado?s grape. A
light-bodied dry red, this wine has lots of
fruit flavor up front,
followed by an earthy note and light
toasted oak. Designed to go with
pork, it is very versatile with
food and works especially well with BBQ.

Opens with a fruity bouquet joined by sweet pear and grape-
fruit. Flavors of pear, grapefruit, and a hint of spice fill the
mouth then finish broad and short. The sweetness is well
balanced by bright acidity making it a very refreshing summer
quaffer. Crisp with a clean finish with no after taste. Pairs well
with Asian and/or spicy food, or nice to sip on a warm summer
2013 White Pinot Noir - $16.00
Lovely blush color and slightly Off Dry. Very fruity with light
cherry taste. Goes well with cheddar cheese, spicy and
Mexican food. One of our most popular wines every season.
Tawny Merlot (port) 375ml - $40.00
This wine is only available through the winery tasting rooms.
It is made from 1996 vintage Merlot. It is fortified from Merlot
which was distilled. It is 20% alcohol and 8% residual sugar.
It has been 100% oak barrel aged to perfection. The lovely
intense black cherry flavor goes well with ice cream, banana
bread, dark chocolate and many desserts.
Olathe Winery Label
All wines are $14.00/bottle.
This blend of two vintages starts with a light creamy bouquet of oak, apple, and pineapple. Flavors of apple, unripe pineapple and oak are laced with firm acidity and moderate tannin. It finishes medium-broad and medium-long with a lingering spicy oak flavor. Pairs well with a variety of foods, fish, chicken, cheeses etc… A pleasant chardonnay for any purpose.
A lovely European
style Burgundy wine which does not have the tannic astringency of a Bordeaux
wine. Aged in 100% French oak
barrels. It has a slight cherry flavor
with a smooth finish. This wine pairs
well with Italian tomato based foods and salmon.
Pinolem is a blend of our Cottonwood Vineyards Pinot Noir and Lemberger. It is a light bodied medium dry (1.5 residual sugar) red wine. It provides the benefit of tannins without the astringency. Lovely fruit flavors. Nice in summer with light meals.
2013 White Lemberge
Off-Dry summer wine; makes a great Sangria. It has a nose of strawberry, cherry, peaches, cranberry citrus peel and earth. The aromas are n sweet but lead to sweet edged flavors of the same with the additions of lime at the back and nice acidity. The medium-broad, persistent finish is on the back half of the palate and has an almost fresh peach note at the end. Well balanced, structured and integrated. BRONZE *

Flavors of apple, pear, grapefruit, and a hint of spice fill the mouth
then finish broad and short leaving no after taste. The sweetness is well balanced by bright
acidity making it a very refreshing summer quaffer. Pairs well with Asian
and/or spicy food, or nice to sip on a warm summer evening. The traditional “Turkey Wine” for
Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner.
2001 Reserve Merlot
A bouquet of
black fruit, smoke, meat, vanilla, and a hint of old leather gives way
to flavors of black cherry, cranberry jelly, sweet rhubarb, with
moderate tannins and spice on the finish. This velvety smooth merlot is
“highly nuanced, well balanced, structured and integrated.” - Colorado

2003 Reserve Merlot
Merlot is big, with aromas black cherry, dark plum and meat, the fruit
flavor up front blend into flavors of leather, toasted oak, light spice
and moderate tannins. With good structure and lots of complexity we
call these our "Cab drinker's Merlot." It will accompany any red meat,
but is best paired with Colorado lamb.
2005 Reserve Merlot
As usual, our Reserve Merlot is big, with aromas of black cherry, cranberry, and dark plum. The fruit flavor up front blend into flavors of leather, toasted oak, light spice and moderate tannins. With good structure and lots of complexity we
call these our "cab drinker's Merlot." It will accompany any red meat,
but is best paired with Colorado lamb.
2009 Reserve Cabernet
