	Cottonwood Cellars 2003 Reserve Chardonnay A medium bodied dry chardonnay with sweet aromas of herb, grass, and green apples giving way to flavors of lemon peel, herb, green apple and grass, finishing medium-long and medium-broad. With nice acid and structure, this is a great food wine that goes very well with seafood.

	Cottonwood Cellars 2003 Reserve Merlot Our Colorado Merlot is big, with aromas black cherry, dark plum and meat, the fruit flavor up front blend into flavors of leather, toasted oak, light spice and moderate tannins. With good structure and lots of complexity we call this our ?cab drinker?s merlot.? I will accompany any red meat, but is best paired with Colorado lamb.
