	Cottonwood Cellars 2004 Merlot This medium bodied merlot first hits the nose with black cherry, blueberry, and cranberry followed by tobacco and a mineral note. The fruit flavors come through with nice acidity, giving way to light oak and light tannins on a medium broad, medium-long finish. Well balanced and structured with nice integration. Pairs well with any red meat, and especially nice with lamb.

	Cottonwood Cellars 2005 Chardonnay A medium bodied dry chardonnay with sweet aromas of herb, grass, and green apples giving way to flavors of lemon peel, herb, green apple and slightly smoky, finishing medium-long and medium-broad. As it ages, this wine continues to get better. With nice acid and structure, this is a great food wine that goes well with seafood and roast chicken.
